As the dust settles on the weekend, the sense of reality of reaching the WRU National Cup Final is starting to hit home for players and supporters.
The dramatic end to the game was witnessed by viewers on television and the Sam Jones try has appeared on social media posts far and wide.
It is another marker in the RGC timeline, and another one of those “moments to remember” for Andrew Williams –“Reaching the final on Saturday was such an amazing feeling, we played so well and to nearly throw it away at the death would've been a travesty. I know several of the boys were quite emotional at the final whistle and if it wasn't for the jubilation of one other then I for one would have shed a few tears.”
Rugby wise whilst the Final on April 16th is on the horizon, the players are focusing on another match of importance at Eirias on April 8th “We do have one cup final before then with a home game against Ebbw Vale. We haven't won in the league for 3 games so it's vital that we get back to winning ways and try our best to finish in the top 4!”
